The location was pretty good, metro station nearby.
The room and the bathroom were tiny, no room to leave the suitcase open. Breakfast selection was very limited, not our taste.

Good location for amusement trips. Not necessarily for children.
After more than 5 nights it gets a bit tight in the long run.

Great experience there. Fairly clean functional accommodation with pleasant staff and ideal location close to metro station. Smooth check-in, parking onsite. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Location right by convenience stores, a Filipino restaurant and tourist attractions. Delicious food in the restaurants such as Tokaiuoichiba, located 5 min away.

The location near Shinjuku station made exploring easy, and the room was clean and modern. I experienced a bit of confusion with taxi arrangements, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and we particularly liked the location.
The pillows were unfortunately too hard for my taste and without air conditioning it became in the nevertheless quite small room very fast stuffy and hot. Luckily, you could ventilate through a window.

It was all right so far. The rooms are small, but this was already visible in the pictures and one knows that it is nothing unusual in Tokyo. It was very clean and you had everything you needed.
I wouldn't highly recommend breakfast. It's enough, but there are so many possibilities in the area to have a much better breakfast.

Service was friendly and was able to communicate well.
Breakfast has too little choice and is not varied. Milk packs were poorly sorted.

would definitely recommend for a city break
Comfortable room, convenient location, where you can enjoy a great buffet breakfast for an additional price and take advantage of the nearby Higashi Shinjuku Station for easy transportation.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The location of the hotel was a bit away from the hustle and bustle, so it was accordingly quiet in the night.
The room was extremely small, we couldn't even open our suitcase on the floor. A slightly bigger room would have been a good idea from the price point of view.

Very quiet despite busy surroundings.
The room was way too small. We struggled to move around with our luggage and almost felt claustrophobic. The check-in process was chaotic. No one seemed to know what was going on when we returned to finalize it in the evening.
